Changsha MEGE Bearing invited experts from the County Emergency Management Bureau to deliver special safety training for employees, reinforcing safety facility management as the company strives for a strong start to 2026.

This morning, Captain Zhang from the County Emergency Management Bureau and Emergency Law Enforcement Team led the session. Drawing on frontline enforcement experience, he analyzed typical accident cases and explained safety facility categories, management essentials, and legal requirements—from detection alarms and emergency shutdowns to protective guards and eyewash stations. "Safety facilities are life-saving tools in critical moments," Captain Zhang emphasized. "Daily management must be flawless."

The training covered easy-to-remember safety slogans such as "Every wheel needs a guard; every shaft needs a sleeve," along with relevant provisions of the Work Safety Law, clarifying legal liabilities for unauthorized disabling or damaging of safety facilities.

Employees gained a deeper understanding that "everyone is the first person responsible for safety." The company will use this training as an opportunity to strengthen safety facility record-keeping, regular testing, and emergency drills. A comprehensive facility inspection will be conducted to ensure all equipment is fully operational, supporting high-quality development with strong safety standards.
